In order to continue progress the C&O patched PRLX leaser is spotted on the fuel pad at Oak Island's 91 Bay. Later in the evening this train will head west for Allentown and Conway on NS 19G. The rumor mill continues to spin about whether or not this unofficial patch job will be covered over sooner than later.
