A nice catch of the new SD60E rebuild with an SD40E rebuild on a helper set. We did not catch this engine again for the next two days. |

C&O for Progress |
Description: |
The biggest conspiracy to hit the rails in some time moves around Oak Island's service facility at 91 Bay after arriving on NS 18G a few hours before. This former CSX SD70ACe was unofficially made into a C&O heritage locomotive over the last few days. It's new patches have caused quite a stir amongst the buff community over whether it's an elaborate Photoshop job or not. I assure you I was not paid by men in black suits and unmarked cars to continue the lie. Or was I... |

91 Bay |
Description: |
In order to continue progress the C&O patched PRLX leaser is spotted on the fuel pad at Oak Island's 91 Bay. Later in the evening this train will head west for Allentown and Conway on NS 19G. The rumor mill continues to spin about whether or not this unofficial patch job will be covered over sooner than later. |

Canadian Color on a Cloudy Day |
Description: |
A drab spring morning on Easter Sunday was briefly illuminated with the bright colors of a Canadian National visitor arriving at CSXs South Kearny yard. The train is crossing the Hackensack River at the PRR-built Hack Bridge between Jersey City and South Kearny. Its sister bridge of the same name dominates the background and is today owned and operated by the PATH. During the PRR years both of these bridges were controlled by the same operator. |
